If you have completed your 2026 Volunteer Commitment requirement, please complete the form below to request verification and refund of your $100 Commitment Fee.
To qualify or refund, families must have completed:
- A minimum of four (4) full game-day volunteer shifts (Shot Clock, Game Clock or Official Game Sheet)
OR
- An approved team (Manager, Coaching Staff, Jersey Parent, Parent Liason, Fundraising, etc.) or Club Volunteer Role.
All submissions will be reviewed and verified with team staff prior to refund processing.
Refunds will be issued at the conclusion of the season. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
Incomplete or unverified submissions will not be approved.
